Everyone at my practice hopes you and your family are in good health! Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to getting back to more normal habits and daily routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health and safety.
Providing exemplary care has always been our highest priority. Our infection mitigation processes ensure your visit is both safe and comfortable. As you return to a focus on your dental health, I want to share the procedures we follow in our practice to keep our staff and you, our valued patients, protected.
We ask you to complete the screening questionnaire on our website in advance of your visit and bring a signed copy to your appointment. Please call the office if the answer to any of the questions is a “Yes” or if you have been in close contact with a COVID-19 positive person in the past 14 days.
When you arrive at the office, please enter through the front door and wear a mask. We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. We will be taking your temperature with a touchless thermometer.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing. We ask that you wait in your car rather than in the reception area. We will call you at the time of your appointment to update your medical history and discuss any dental concerns you may have. Please do not bring a companion unless he/she is a necessary caregiver.
We consistently follow infection control guidelines and recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we remain up-to-date on new rulings and guidance. I look forward to seeing you again and am happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in my practice.
